JCXAF stands for Customer Experience Days in French Speaking Africa. This was the second year of an event with the aim of sharing and recognizing best practices for improving the management of Customer Experience in the regions.
Cemantica were proud to participate at the Customer Experience Days in French Speaking Africa annual event for 2024, organized by Cabinet Conseil CX (3CX) with a first day a Conference followed by a second day of an evening Gala Awards ceremony, celebrating stand-out companies and leaders who put the customer first in their organizations.
